Shipping Policy
Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase upon checkout means you agree to and understand the policy set forth below.
Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and weekends. You will receive emails confirming both the receipt and subsequent shipment of your order.
Shipping is free on orders over $100, otherwise shipping is calculated upon checkout. Our shipping default is USPS Ground Advantage, and packages typically arrive 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. We also offer a USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, UPS® Ground, UPS® Second Day Air and UPS® Next Day Air options for an additional charge if you would like your package sooner, within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional transit time for APO/FPO military addresses, as well as deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Please note that we are unable to accept international billing addresses or P.O. box billing addresses at this time.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Please review your shipping information at checkout to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@heyfawn.com*. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. *Please note that address changes may result in additional charges.
If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to info@heyfawn.com immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel single items from an order. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any canceled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please send an email to info@heyfawn.com.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at info@heyfawn.com.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. If your parcel was shipped UPS, they provide proof of delivery. You can track your package on their website to see a photo of where your package was left.
If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at info@heyfawn.com. We will file a case with the appropriate carrier and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 10-15 business days.
